Yes, drinking a moderate amount of alcohol per week can actually be healthy for you. Now don’t go off thinking 3-4 drinks a day is moderate. Moderate drinking is considered 14 drinks for men and 7 for women per week or 2 per day for men and 1 per day for women. Once you exceed that it has entered a different level of drinking, and of course less is never a bad thing. Check out this article that goes into a little more detail.
