Southern Draw is quickly becoming one of my favorite makers. Construction and flavors are always top notch.
Lots of shifting, rich, complex flavors. Wood (both cedar and oak), black pepper, creamy earth, citrus, nuts, baking spices, maple syrup, and a malty sweetness. There was a slight bitterness that came and went, but it didn’t usually last more than a few puffs.
Probably the best burn performance I’ve had from a box press. Even, cool, and slow from start to finish.
