This is from the March Privada cigar club shipment.
A lot of leather, wood, sweet caramel, cocoa, and a sweet tanginess that I can’t quite place. The flavors are complex and well balanced.
The first half has a fair amount of pepper, but it gets very smooth and creamy in the second third. Then towards the end there’s a very heavy leather and oak that sticks to the tongue.
The draw was slightly firm, but smoke production was still great, and the burn was perfect.
I liked it enough that I immediately went out and bought a box.
